Welcome to the world!
Congratulations to Damian, Sam and Miles on the birth of their daughter and baby sister this morning at 1:17am. Damian describes her as "a big one, 10 pound 1...with a full head of red hair."

As yet, she is unnamed which I believe is due to Sam being convinced that she was having a boy.

Welcome to the world, little one.

What's their heritage?

There's this:

Flanna, Gaelic- meaning: Red-haired.

Rowen, Irish- meaning: Red haired

GARNETT: Old French name meaning "red like a pomegranate"
GINGER: Unisexual Nickname for a person with red hair or a fiery temper
GOLDIE: From word "gold," usually given to children with blond or red hair

RORY: Irish/Gaelic name meaning "red"

SCARLET: Female English name meaning "red"

SCARLETT: Female English name meaning "red"

Just some suggestions, if they are going to play off of the wonderful red hair :)

Let's see: She's Virgo

September 15 Birthday Astrology
by Jill M. Phillips

Virgos born on September 15 have a talent for communicating. They are truthful but need a dream world that lets them escape from harsh reality. They believe in putting their reputation on the line for a good cause but are not controversial. Their sensitive nature may hide a sparkling personality.

While Miles is very fond of our beagle, Rory, (and she even more so of him...) I don't know that he'd want his sister to have the same name.

Oh, my. LMAO. I guess Rory's off the list. .

I went with Adrian John-Robert for my son,

Then, our first daughter, we sort of named after her Daddy (Mackenzie-child of Kenneth)

Mackenzie Joy

then, with the bonus-baby, we had initially decided to name her Mikaela Rose; but, less than an hour before she was born...my husband brought up Cecelia.

Cecelia was the very first name I came up with; but, he didn't care for it initially, so it was dismissed, until then.

He left it to me to decide.

So, the baby-baby is Cecelia Jean.

Thanks for the post.
You are right about the name, we had one name that we liked, but it didn't suit her. Sam has had a talk to her and has a name they both like, we're just holding back until we all decide it's the right one.

Miles is very happy about a baby sister, but would rather his mama would come home from the hospital.

Damian

What a gorgeous name!

Are we also allowed to call her Tilda? I think James would like that. :P
