Current mood: sick

*sniffle*
I have a cold complete with runny nose and a sore throat. I am going through tissues at an amazing rate. Also, [info]lelak is away, off cycling from Lithgow to Mudgee in rural NSW. She left this morning and will be home on Saturday. I have tried to convince the dogs to make me dinner, but they don't want to co-operate. They have, however, been very good with the cuddles.

I have a night in front of the TV planned. Just finished watching "The Biggest Loser" and coming up soon is "Good News Week". Dinner is in the oven cooking. Just a quiet night at home with the dogs.

Good News Week is firing on all cylinders at the moment. Even if the new girl replacing Julie McCrossin isn't up to filling her shoes.

I honestly think people should stop comparing Claire Hooper to Julie McCrossin, she will never be Julie no matter how hard she tries. Claire has her own style of humor, which yes, she does need to work on bringing out more - but I think it is unfair to keep constantly comparing her to Julie.

Yeah, I see that. Basically, she just needs to be more assertive to get a word in edgewise when she's surrounded by so much verbal talent.

Awww, man - feel better! I'm glad the dogs are making with the cuddles. Nothing beats that!
